The Sauk Centre Youth Track & Field program is designed to expose young runners, jumpers, throwers to all facets of track and field events in a fun and non-competitive team setting, and prepare them for our final track meet with another area program. Participants will benefit from working with experienced varsity and junior high coaches, along with high school varsity mentor athletes. Events Covered: Relays • Mile • Sprints • Standing Broad Jump • Softball Throw • Frisbee Throw • High Jump (Grades 6 & 7 only)
